All the products available for purchase on our website are emailed to your designated email address immediately following a successful purchase.
Excel Drive utilises Australia Post's regular mail service, which may take up to 3 working days for delivery within Australia. Please note Australia Post cannot trace tickets sent by regular mail. In most cases Excel Drive uses registered mail for lesson vouchers. No responsibility will be taken for vouchers lost, stolen or destroyed through regular mail.
Returned merchandise and refund policy
If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately with no extra charges incurred by the buyer.
Please note that returns will only occur in case we sent you the incorrect products.
